1. Drink LOTS of water.
I mean it. Gals are better at this than guys; they are maid to believe water will help them stay beautiful. Still, if you, my man, are determent to stay a one ugly dude, drink up. 2. Eat More.

Eat more salad: chop some veggies or fruits, and dig in. X-nay on potato salad. You do not want to drawn yourself in mayo - it will show later in a form of unexpectedly appearing flab on your former appealing body parts. Not good for spring.

Green Tea, Pyruvate, L-Carnitine, L-Glutamine - all safe when taken as directed, and not combined with any medications, or chronic conditions. 4. Get yourself to the GYM.
Agh! You knew it! Same old, same old... Take it or leave it, depending on the results you want. If you want to burn fat, not to loose your muscle weight - get down to work.
